That is a Sails job: ordinary bash on cron or at. The script does not have to wake a model. A goal does. The secret is injected at the network boundary. A published \*.api.sh handler is the same. Use a goal or a platform webhook only when the event needs judgment. If you are about to give cron, secrets, webhooks, or saved tools to another product, stop. The map is here. OAuth tokens are encrypted in platform storage. They never enter the model context and they never hit the filesystem. You retype the name, the address, what they want, and when they can meet. The next request starts that again. Your AI assistant can put an intake form on a domain you own. Submissions land in one place. You read them. You reply from the same tools. ## What is still on you People ask for a quote. They send a paragraph. Or they call and leave a message. You copy the details into a note, a board, or a spreadsheet. If two people take requests that day, you get two shapes of the same ask. ChatGPT can draft a form. It cannot host one. It cannot keep the submissions. Copying a Google Form link into the chat is still you running intake somewhere else. ## What your AI assistant does It publishes a short form on your domain: name, contact, what they need, when they can meet. Other people open the URL. They submit. The answers land in Files or a board you already use. You ask it to list new submissions. You ask it to draft a reply. Mail sends from an address. Replies come back. The next person on your team opens the same list. They do not ask you to forward the last email. If you want a regular pass, a Routine runs code on a schedule. It lists new rows. It does not wake a model to retype the form every morning. ## What this is not This is not a new CRM you learn first. It is the intake you already do. The form is the front door.
