That is a Sails job: ordinary bash on cron or at. The script does not have to wake a model. A goal does. The secret is injected at the network boundary. A published \*.api.sh handler is the same. Use a goal or a platform webhook only when the event needs judgment. If you are about to give cron, secrets, webhooks, or saved tools to another product, stop. The map is here. OAuth tokens are encrypted in platform storage. They never enter the model context and they never hit the filesystem. You export a PDF or paste a share link. The client loses it. You send it again. Your AI assistant can publish that page on a domain you own. Other people open the URL. It is not a ChatGPT share link. ## What is still on you Every job needs something the client can open later. You write the page. You attach photos. You name the price and the start date. Then you choose a place to put it that is not yours: email attachment, drive link, chat export. ChatGPT can write the page. It cannot put it on your domain. A share link from the chat is still temporary. Hosting the site somewhere else is still you running the publish step by hand. ## What your AI assistant does It publishes the page on a domain you own: the job name, the scope, the price, a clear next step. Other people open that URL. You change a line. It updates the same path. You ask it to send the link. Mail sends from an address. Replies come back. The next person on your team opens the same URL. They do not ask you to forward the old chat. If you want a weekday pass over open job pages, a Routine runs code on a schedule. It lists the pages. It does not wake a model to rewrite each one every morning. ## What this is not This is not a new website product you learn first. It is the job page you already write.
