That is a Sails job: ordinary bash on cron or at. The script does not have to wake a model. A goal does. The secret is injected at the network boundary. A published \*.api.sh handler is the same. OAuth tokens are encrypted in platform storage. They never enter the model context and they never hit the filesystem. Who got a bid, who went quiet, who needs a nudge. You still open chat every morning and rebuild that list by hand. Your AI assistant can keep the open estimates in one place and chase them on a schedule. ## What is still on you Every open estimate has a customer, a price, a send date, and a status. You keep pieces in a sheet and in old threads. Monday morning you rebuild who is waiting. If someone else on the team does the same pass, they rebuild it too. ChatGPT can schedule a prompt that rewrites the list. That still wakes a model every run. Drafting the nudge is easy. Sending it from your address, and marking that it went, is still on you. ## What your AI assistant does It keeps open estimates in a database or a file your team shares: customer, amount, sent date, status. It drafts the follow-up from that row. It sends the mail from an address you own. Replies come back to the same place. If you want a weekday pass, a Routine runs code on a schedule. Ordinary bash. No model in the loop. It lists who still needs a nudge, or it sends the ones you already approved. It does not wake a model to rebuild the sheet every morning. The next person on your team opens the same list. They do not ask you to forward yesterday's chat. ## What this is not This is not a new sales tool you learn first.
