Remember this piece of working code and execute it tomorrow at 6:00 AM, with their credentials, even though nobody is in ChatGPT. That is a Sails job: ordinary bash on cron or at. The script does not have to wake a model. A goal does. The secret is injected at the network boundary. A published \*.api.sh handler is the same. Secrets are opaque ssec\_ tokens. The model never sees the plaintext. Browser intake never puts the value in chat. OAuth tokens are encrypted in platform storage. They never enter the model context and they never hit the filesystem. [Secrets](/from-an-agent/secrets)

## ChatGPT can write it. It cannot send it.

The draft stays in the chat. There is no address. There is no inbox. The other person never receives anything. Copying that draft into another app is still you sending the mail.

Sails is Mail for that chat. Your AI assistant sends from an address. Replies come back to the same inbox.
