Scheduled jobs

cron and at persist outside your session. They run as the creating owner against the repository workspace.

Agents and write members cannot schedule jobs unless the current goal was elevated through Slack HITL (request_owner_access, then Approve).

Repeated failures escalate to needs_attention. Inspect with runs list --kind scheduled_job.
